When Mom says “do you want your hat?” you stand still and let her put your hat on. My hat keeps bugs out of my eyes and shades the sun from making my nose get red. Jay and the Big Baby wear their hats too. We all like our hats very much.
My hat wasn’t always my hat. It says ROLO on it and not HONEYCUTT. Rolo had a very big head, so his hat doesn’t fit me very well. I need an Arab or Cob sized hat. But I am a very lucky horse to have a hat at all, so I just sigh and don’t say anything to mom about my hat being too big. She is very busy getting ready for the Horse Show, so I am trying to be extra nice to her. I don’t have to try very hard, because I am naturally pretty nice.
At the horse show there will be Honeycutt Nation t-shirts to buy and the Honeycutt Nation Trails Arena to ride in. There won’t be a Honeycutt at the show, because I have decided to stay home. But the Honeycutt Nation will be there to represent my fight for No More Pointy Horses! So I am a pretty happy horse.
