I am the gift horse
Mom is very very busy making and sending holiday cards to people whose friends have sent dollars to SAFE as a present for them. Sending dollars to SAFE as a present for your friends is a very fine way to help SAFE and also do good Christmas shopping. Another fine, fine way to help SAFE is to buy a gift horse for your friend. Your friend will get a very nice picture of the gift horse as a present in the mail! Here is what it would look like if you bought me as a gift horse——–>
But I digress.
I am happy about all the new dollars for SAFE but I am sad because I am not the Santa horse this year. Instead it is one of those devilish little mini horses that everyone thinks is so cute. I thought that I was going to be the Santa horse because one day not so long ago, Mom put a funny hat on my ears and took some pictures of me. Mom & I were outside the fence taking pictures and Jay & Chance were inside the fence getting very excited because I was outside the fence and that was a thing that was Different. Horses will get very excited when there is Different, no matter if it is Good Different or Bad Different. Most of the times we like The Same. But that day was Different, so Jay & Chance were running back and forth behind us when we were taking the Santa pictures. When it was done, Mom laughed and laughed because she got these two pictures:

My friends are so silly.
I tried my best to be a Santa Horse for the Holiday Card, but in the end, the photos were not quite right. However, I’m sure that if you asked, my mom would make you a special card with a picture of me instead of the picture of the devil mini horse.
